RV Requirements: RVs must be 15 years old or newer.

RV Site (Not Covered):

•Weekly Rent: $180

•Monthly Rent: $500

•Security Deposit: $150 (refundable upon move-out)

RV Site (Covered):

•Weekly Rent: $225

•Monthly Rent: $675

•Security Deposit: $200 (refundable upon move-out)

Apartment Unit:

•Weekly Rent: $300

•Monthly Rent: $1,000

•Security Deposit: $500 (refundable upon move-out)

Mobile Home Room:

•Weekly Rent: $150

•Monthly Rent: $500

•Security Deposit: $250 (refundable upon move-out)

Wi-Fi: Park Wi-Fi is limited, we recommend using a personal hotspot for better connectivity.

Pet Policy:
All pets must be approved by management before being allowed in the park. The following rules apply:

• Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds considered vicious or aggressive are not permitted in the park. This includes, but is not limited to, Akita, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Alaskan Malamute, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolfdogs or Wolf Hybrids, and any mixture that includes these breeds or any pet that shows aggressive behavior.
• Weight Restriction: Alternatively, pets may not exceed a 30-pound weight limit.
• Pet Limit: Only two pets are allowed per space.
• All pets must be confined or on a leash at all times following Sections 5-41 and 6-54 of the Texas Code no matter where they are in the park.
• All pet waste must be bagged and disposed of in trash dumpsters or receptacles every day.
• Pets are not allowed to be left outside at night and only during the day when leashed/confined.
• Any excessive pet barking will result in the pet being confined to the RV when the tenant is not on site.
